What is this? Galaxy?

What is this? A little galaxy or a huge one very far away? Or is it something else?

It is located 5 a clock from UGC 4278 and IC 2233

Yep, that’s definitely a galaxy, probably a regular sized one far away. Most of the yellow-orange blobs at 8 o’clock from that galaxy are also galaxies at redshift about z=0.2, so the one you have pointed out is probably at redshift below 0.1 (still pretty far!)
