What is the faint red blob?

is the faint red blob a camera artifact of some sort? the single image cutouts do show something bright in a couple photos but im also seeing there are many photos that will not load for me. just wondering what i am seeing. Thanks again!

That’s from an asteroid, where we have tried, but not completely succeeded, in masking it out.

You can see it move in the two exposures we took, ~30 minutes apart:
