Not much is going on here! 
Although it looks like you get two pairs of orange and blue stars next to each other. Is that what you are talking about?
Can you explain what you are talking about. Everything looks normal to me. Which survey are you looking at?
Are you talking about stuff like this? These are just dust or cosmic rays or radio active decay of something near the CCD camera.
There is also an object 45 degrees from the star that does not appear (clearly at least) in the g band, but does in the i, r, and z bands. Could be a brown dwarf or something, but I am not sure at all.
I am not sure what you mean. Can you be more specific?
