I saw this spectral class K5 star and before I clicked Simbad I saw it had a companion star. that star also yellow happens to be a radio source. While radio sources in space happen to be from diverse sources they are usually quite energetic locals. here it is emitted from a small yellow star nearby possibly a binary star system to a spectral K class star which are more stable and suspected of being more favorable to life. I think this star system is potentially civilized.
