the green spot only appears in R on 12-16-2018. Nothing in TNS.

Hi.
These red objects are foreground objects, presumably low-mass stars or distant overlapping galaxies. The green one is only visible on one exposure, and a JPL query shows an asteroid. Sorry!

The green blob is not a supernova but a mainbelt asteroid. 2007 YE69.
