Normally I would just pass by this after looking in Simbad, but I noticed that this galaxy has an SN listed in Simbad SN 1998EF; it is not this object according to Simbad. however all of the images in Single Exposures are from 10/2018 & 11/2018. I cannot see any SN remnant in the viewer where Simbad says an SN was but 1998 was a long time ago. is it possible it was never an SN and this green object moved?
