Reflection Nebula? Ionized Hydrogen?

There isn’t anything listed in Simbad for this glowing cloud. it seems to be part of a gas cloud that is barely visible other than this green area. much brighter in DR11

I think it’s a nebula of some kind. it’s not a planetary nebula, maybe ionized hydrogen-II or a reflection nebula so that’s probably a good call

There is a hot subdwarf nearby so it might be of planetary origin but isn’t according to SIMBAD.

this star being a sdB.0 is scarce in Hydrogen being ~1% of the star, the rest is Helium. So if it is running into a patch of Hydrogen it may be causing a reaction and light.

It kinda looks like the Creature from the Black Lagoon with two red stars glowing in the eyes.
