That’s a very fast High Proper Motion Star called LP 736-5.

I think the split colors are meant to show movement.

Yep, exactly, with these cameras we typically observe them one filter at a time, sometimes over many years, so the star has moved between when we took the “red” channel and when we took the “green” channel!
