That is really cool. Quasars are one of my favorite things in the Universe. If you could survive being close to one it would be an incredible power source. I had even hypothesized that some civilizations might use quasar light for deep space travel power. If you used an orrery of mirrors with fresnel lenses you might be able to create steam to power a turbine much like a nuclear reactor. Find a way to reclaim the steam and reuse. Heat transfer.
