VLASS is a radio survey. These are probably lobes from a radio galaxy – see, eg,

ps, if you flip over to the unWISE layer, you can see the galaxy that they originate from (orange blobby)

Yes, this is a classic “triple” radio source: a core (the faint, point-like thing somewhat off-centre) in between two lobes. Each lobe terminates in a hotspot, where the jet from the AGN slams into the inter-galactic medium. In this case, the upper-right lobe seems to have several hotspots.
