Looks like a nebula. nothing in Simbad for that location.

It is BIC 6, a recent find.
A possible planetary nebula associated with the Larger Magellanic Cloud.

it would have been nice if it was mine, but credit where credit is due to whomever found it first. I noticed there are hundreds of unpublished PN candidates listed through that link including this one. I’m no pro PN but normally when I come across PN in Simbad they usually have a bright central nucleus/star. I don’t see one here. but I would love a closer look at it along with several thousand other objects in space. I still have to go see the southern sky with my own eyes sometime.

I noticed the lack of a white dwarf in the center as well. A bit of a mystery there.
Yeah when a nebula is far away from Earth looking at these images it is difficult to detect a white dwarf.
