The image quality improved considerably in DR11 for this spot. not sure if it is in Milky Way or not although I believe it is.

it is most likely a part of the large magellanic cloud since if you zoom out you can see the extended features of the large magellanic cloud
As far as I am aware all the known nebulas associated with the MC’s would be labeled in Simbad. this one is not. Maybe I will get credit if confirmed as a nebula.
