From which paper / catalog is it known? Didn’t see anything for polar rings?

Also a radio source btw

I expected a Moiseev (+ team) reference, a close associate of GZ who published a lot about (GZ) polar ring galaxies, they are always curious for more polar rings, also confirmed a lot of the now known GZ Voorwerpjes!
