Welcome! That’s a bright star, “epsilon Ursae Majoris”, one of the stars in the handle of the Big Dipper. Bright stars like that are so bright that they overwhelm the detectors in the camera, and also produce ‘halos’ or ‘ghosts’ from light scattering around in the camera.
