What are these green and blue chains?

Oh, that’s funny looking! It’s coming from a funny “bleed-trail” effect at the edge of the chip. If you scroll to the right, you’ll see a very bright star, and this “fan” of blue and green seems to happen when those excess electrons in the chip reach the edge.
