that looks similar to the other planetary nebula i see but it is not in the star clusters and planetary nebula overlay

No. Not a nebula but a galaxy.

Exactly. Planetary nebula are bigger, usually blue or green

They can be this small. Really depends on the distance.
It is incredible how many galaxies there are and how diverse they are.
