I was mesmerized by the beautiful Bubble Galaxy NGC 3521 and found this green nebula area. Couldnt find any info on it.

To my thoughts being within a 25-MLy distance galaxy close to the local volume - I say it’s a nebula, with Hydrogen-2 emissions and ionized star formation. Or an HII region.

I love knowing that Bubbles here is close enough; We can get closer, clearer images of it one day. I wish I had a corn silo observatory. The skies in parts of Iowa countryside are exceptionally clear. This entire galaxy is incredible. I shared links with others. I want to see it with my own eyes. Detailed enough to paint.
