this green orb does not appear in dr9 but it is there in DR10 & 11. only appears in 2021 during 3 of the 4 i band single exposures. none of the other band images were during that time.

could be an asteroid or something else, it does seem to have an odd shape in single exposures looking a little closer, but two days it doesnt seem to move across the sky at all. nothing in TNS. pretty far away!

I changed this from supernova hunt to asteroid.
I am curious whether the Zwicky Transient Factory would be able to detect this - I’ve never really used it before.

I have never heard of this Zwicky Transient Factory before and it sounds like something Stefon from SNL would say is New Yorks Hottest Club. “you’ll be rubbing elbows with the stars at Zwickys Transient Factory” I’ll have to check it out. it makes me wonder what other outer space related stuff im missing out on.

so far into the data on Zwicky anytime I click a transient needing classification etc it takes me to the TNS page.
but I wonder if they would take a look for us. if We asked nicely. I really hope I win the Powerball I was looking up costs to build a observatory last night. if you could put an observatory anywhere, where should it go?
I tried a query on the coordinates and it looks like they don’t have any coverage in 2021-02 – jumps from 2020-12 to 2021-05.
