Gravitationally lensed image of a galaxy

I thought this galaxy looked kind of interesting, so I decided to look it up in [Simbad].(coord 220.0474d-0.2923d (ICRS, 2000, 2000), radius: 2 arcmin) It turns out that this galaxy made up of multiple galaxies, including H-ATLAS J144011.1-001719, which is described as “Gravitationally Lensed Image of a Galaxy”. Interesting.

The lens is at RA,Dec = 220.0828, -0.2585

Strange. Simbad showed H-ATLAS J144011.1-001719 overlapping the big galaxy. Is this an error?

I think it has something to do with the publication. I don’t know if that is an error. The nearest case I got is H-ATLAS J144019.9-001532 hosting the following publication:

In the abstract, it states that the lensing candidates are derived from SHALOS that uses many high-quality telescopes.
However with the case of H-ATLAS J144011.1-001719 I’d say it is indeed an error because I checked the HI-Res images and found out to be an error. Likely the main thing about searching for interesting objects using software recognition and AI, it might have encountered something spurious.
