I tried to look up the stars but couldnt find any information on what this cloud could be.

There’s similar stuff nearby if you scroll around a bit – which makes me think it might be “galactic cirrus”, ie, dust.

I saw that other stuff nearby after posting. and posted stuff that may be related afterwards. it makes me wonder how well the cirrus clouds are mapped?

I’m not sure how well they are mapped. They’re slightly visible in the WISE 12-micron dust map (under the “unWISE” area)
