I’m routing an artifact on this one if it’s not visible in any of the LS releases

Yeah, sorry, that’s a persistence artifact from a bright star on a previous exposure – one frame up – this marked star, I believe – Legacy Survey Sky Browser

You can find the star responsible by looking toward the north or south ecliptic pole - northward/southward, in between the diffraction spikes, by a bit less than one WISE frame = 1024 pixels x 2.75"/pixel ~ 0.75 degrees.
