Visual Profile: Object exhibits a highly concentrated blue-white stellar core completely enveloped by an intense, saturated neon-green/turquoise emission halo. This signature strongly points to massive [OIII] oxygen line emissions from rapid star formation. There are no local bright foreground stars or diffraction spikes in the radius to indicate an internal lens reflection or optical camera artifact.

This is a star - it has a measured proper motion with Gaia -

The colors you mention are because the star saturated the CCD detectors, and then the software that assigns colors gets a bit confused.
