I dont know what to make of this. It is barely noticeable in dr10 and shows up in single exposures

Normally I would say artifact, but the single exposures are so strange. I cant tell if the edge of the exposures has revealed them in an odd way, but I have not encountered anything that looked like em. There are a lot of them.

Same one in dr9 looks orbicular
