No supernova to me because it’s visible in all exposures taken from various years. I say star. Most SNe last a few months and not a few years long
I only see it in Z band. Only one Z showing. Where else are you viewing it?
In the other llayers it is visible in ‘single image exposures’ from several years so not a supernova but a star.
