sure looks like one eh. to me I see a galactic nucleus so massive it is lensing within the galaxy itself. thst may be distorting our view and or the pressure waves from black hole maybe pushing the arms into a ring. there’s so much diversity in galaxy type surely there must be intermediate Hoag types forming.
