Since I’m a beginner, I think it’s a black hole

The yellow and orange disks are stars. The center is overexposed, which makes a dark area.
The actual size of a star is smaller than a pixel. The light just spreads out around it in a circle as it goes through the lens of the telescope.

Welcome!

What ChristineM said, the object is not a black hole. Black holes usually end up in X-ray emission.
Unfortunately black holes couldn’t be picked up by the DECaLS telescope becuase the resolution is too low.

that is, it is a galaxy just the kind of ellipse?

They are stars- likely in our Milky Way galaxy.
