Simbad says these object is a Blue Object. What is a Blue Object?

it’s a Optical-UV source, but it could be a blue pea. a distant starburst galaxy up to a few billion ly away.

The object in your image isn’t actually the simbad blue object. It’s almost an arcminute away.

Blue objects can be a few things. I usually see hot subdwarfs with that simbad designation.
