Simbad doesnt have anything listed for this, it shows a nearby Quasar. I turned on the DESI Dr1 Spectra layer to see the Quasar; Desi points to the yellow galaxy next to it and nearby stars as well, but nothing for this, I do believe the white nebulous cloud is part of this star and not the surrounding objects. maybe planetary nebula?
