this is one of those ones which makes me wonder if I’ve been on my computer too long, or if I need glasses, or both.
Definitely spiral arms that are unwinding a little. My guess is interacting with the galaxy below. Hard to tell how far away they are but they “seem” to be not too far (i.e. roughly similar in distance from us).
