Very extensive red glow - it must be massive!

On further processing of the image to enhance brightness and contrast it is apparent that the glow is separate from the large bright galaxy located at 2 o’clock from the centre of the posted image. There is a bright nucleus surrounded by a diffuse oval, as shown in the enhanced clip below. This must be an extremely large star-forming galaxy located at a tremendous distance to produce such a strong red shift.
