Very diffuse galaxy with a bright core

References in NED tell us this is an Early-Type Dwarf galaxy in the Virgo cluster. But with a redshift of Z=0.96170, can it be?

That redshift is from an SDSS spectrum with a warning flag set, and it’s indeed a pretty dodgy redshift (https://dr16.sdss.org/optical/spectrum/view?mjd=53473&fiberid=129&plateid=1627&zwarning=0&matches=any). To me, this almost looks like a compact source overlapping a diffuse galaxy.
