But first you have to convert the coordinates (Ra, dec) here:

Observation epoch has to be: 2000.0

Make shure you choose the right observatory in ‘select from a list of Earth locations’ . For the DECaLS layers it is: [W84] Cerro Tololo-DECam (observatory)
And for the SDSS layer it is: [645] Apache Point-Sloan Digital Sky Survey (observatory)
