odd morphology indeed ~ nice find👍

This looks like it might be a Collisional Ring, perhaps overlapping an Edge-On? Or just a really weird Collisional Ring.

LT 41 is a good example of a Collisional Ring: LT 41 and Companion

If you set the contrast to 1.5 and brightness to 1.1, you can make out that the galaxy looks to be a two-armed barred spiral with an outer psuedo-ring, giving a type of (R′2)SAB/B(rs)bc. Looks undisturbed in the image.

I’m not sure about the object on the left, it could be a distant galaxy.
