This is Pisces I, a clump of stars in the Milky Way halo, which might be a disrupted dwarf spheroidal galaxy.

Information in wikipedia that it was discovered in 2009 is probably wrong. SIMBAD shows another name of the galaxy as LGS 3 and the earliest reference is Kowal, Lo & Sargent 1978.

The coordinates they provide is in R.A. (1950), but the coordinates matches with SIMBAD after changing the output option.

Ah, the wikipedia talk resolves my confusion. The article “Pisces I” is about the Pisces Overdensity and the article about the galaxy can be found at Pisces Dwarf.
