Hi,
That’s cool! Hard to say exactly what’s going on, but that star is certainly brightening and fading a lot! Could potentially be a Tidal Disruption Event (Tidal disruption event - Wikipedia)
Normally I would suggest looking in the DECaPS imaging (Legacy Survey Sky Browser) - much higher resolution than WISE - but here it’s hard to see which star might correspond to the one brightening. Similarly, turning on the Gaia catalog layers to find the corresponding star is often useful, but in this case there doesn’t seem to be a good counterpart.
The W3/W4 layer (only available in the “dev” version of the viewer) shows that loop of material pretty clearly: Legacy Survey Sky Browser
The other thing to do is check Simbad (click on the map, Look Up In Simbad) - the “[GGB 2012]” one lists it as an “outflow candidate” in their “Search for ionized jets toward high-mass young stellar objects.”
