Yes, you’re right, that’s a “ghost”, when light reflects off of one of the lenses in the telescope instead of going through, and then bounces back in. In this case, it’s a “pupil ghost”, showing the shape of the primary mirror (the donut), and the diagonal dark lines are the struts that hold the camera above the mirror at prime focus. The horizontal and vertical gaps are the gaps between the CCD chips in the camera.

If you loop up and to the right you’ll find the bright star responsible for this.
