I checked the first one and it is actually quite a well known one (Jones Emberson), and it is labelled when I check the ‘star clusters & planetary nebula’ box. Maybe yours just wasn’t loading. The second one is catalogued but for some reason not shown on the browser coord 246.8909d27.9095d (ICRS, 2000, 2000), radius: 2 arcmin. I haven’t checked the other two but it’s probably just something with the sky browser.

Yeah, the sky browser’s Planetary Nebulae & Star Clusters list isn’t great, or sometimes doesn’t load correctly. I haven’t had a chance to dig into why or what is going wrong.

I have also pointed out in several topics of these objects missing from the overlay, so I request there should be a new overlay of these objects.

  • Star Clusters, Nebulae, and Satellite Galaxies (there are some in this overlay, but most are only catalogued in the NGC.
