Interesting spot! It certainly looks like a denser area of stars and I reckon it might be a cluster. There could be more we are not seeing but I think it’s size suggests that it might be a stellar association or a very small open cluster. There are types of star cluster but they are much looser and contain fewer stars than the usual huge globular clusters (10s to low 1000s instead of >10000s).

Equally the infrared signal is fairly strong, consistent with these clusters.

It has been surveyed by the SMASH project and appears to be referenced unfortunately.
