Yes, this reddish object does appear to be a galaxy, but it is a very interesting look to it. It could be a nice lens, but I’m not so sure.

It does appear to be misaligned and I do not see anything in Vizier and SIMBAD. If anyone has an explanation, that would be good.

DR9 photo-z indicates large elliptical at z=0.279 & the smeared red object at z= 0.952 ~ I reckon it’s lensing

Yes. Usually, lenses that perfectly align with the main lensing source are indeed gravitational lenses, especially when they are mirrored by gravity.

there appear to be quite a few faint arcs in the general cluster area (including another red one)
