That’s the variable star CW Leonis. It is a very extensive infra-red source, best visible in the Z-band. This looks to be a protoplanetary nebulae. Below, Here’s the HST image.

thanks for that ~ & I’ve seen the HST image also ~ I never know which constellation I’m in so didn’t put the two together ~ that halo is ginormous
