Interesting object?

Hello all. New to this forum, was directed here from zooniverse/Galaxy Zoo talk. I found this pattern of galaxies and wondering if it has already been discussed.

If you zoom to 3-5 arcmin, you’ll see that there is what looks to be a sipral pattern of galaxies going back in the distance. When looking at the images in the SDSS DR14 site, the redshifts for the first 8 galaxies do, in general. increase as they corkscrew back (although it looks like there could be 2 overlapping screws) from 0.0090-0.2208.
There looks to be 6 more galaxies going back further in the distance, but no spectral graphs. Is there any way to find out the distances of these other galaxies?
Thank you.
