EG, it’s not in simbad, so it may not be known. A few listings if IR sources in the Vizier catalogs

This is an interesting find. Deserves a closer examination. It’s beautiful whatever it. Maybe something new.

Oh, DESI actually got a spectrum of that object!

I’d say its a decent voorwerp candidate.

Yes it is a ‘voorwerp’. This is one of my ‘voorwerp’ candidates I discovered on september 18 2022. See discussion in the thread #voorwerpje hunt page 74 (see link below) Chris commented on it on page 75 of the thread (see link below) And I also mentioned it here in an previous thread! (see link below)

I am going to be mentioned as a co-author in januari 2024. Bill Keel will go to America in January to give a presentation to the American astronomical community. :slightly_smiling_face:

Wow, that’s cool! I was so confused on what that was. i thought it was a planetary nebula.

I cant find a spectra of it. i ould like to know what that is.
