Welcome! That is a star that is quite close to Earth. The lines coming from it are known as diffraction spikes and the weird colours and pattern on it are due to the star being so bright that it oversaturates the detector. The diffraction spikes are caused by light entering the telescope diffracting in the inside of a telescope. Blue stuff is a link so please feel free to check it!
