Looks like a Supernova visually to me. only shows up on g band. both g images are a month apart. the object is not there at all in DR10.

TNS says there is a SN there… but I dont see any images of it. it seems like they got an alert from a machine and a whole group of people reported it. but didnt bother to update TNS. nothing in Simbad.
