What is this bright green dot?

could be a supernova. I dont see anything in Transient Name Server or Simbad so could be unreported. looks like it shows up in decam r band in single exposures and possibly dims in the later dated image in r band. hopefully somebody will concur.
It may in fact be a astronomical transient. I searched the TNS page and no results I’ve found. No asteroids taken from the exposure when I searched the “direct link to JPL query.”
