To me if you click view a link you can clearly see that is a large satellite galaxy of the nearby spiral galaxy off the left this has been known nine I’m estimating that it’s size is somewhere inside till large Magellanic cloud it seems I have been highly disturbed from the interaction of the neighboring galaxy. So much of a Sagittarius dwarf galaxy

wasn’t sure if it was a satellite of that large spiral or perhaps a little closer ~ was initially more aghast at it’s extreme elongation ~ on further viewing though, you can clearly see some disruption, especially in the enhanced image
