HII region of IC 3258 in Virgo

I have been spending a bit of time searching for good examples of HII regions in distant galaxies. This like a previous post is listed only as a PoG Part of a Galaxy in Simbad and has few references. it looks to me to be Ionized Hydrogen and the likely source of the stars in this dwarf galaxy.

I now see the publication of this region as a low metalicity HII region. Thank you. I had tried to click on the references before from my phone and couldnt get it to load anything. It seems to work now. it doesnt say display though it says Bibliography on my device.
