What does that mean only visible in this exposure? It’s visible in DR8. But I see in single exposures its not in all. Could it be pulsing?

In this case, I think it’s an asteroid – “2014 OB53” to be specific, according to the “Direct link to JPL query” link – which unfortunately gives back the results in a not very human-friendly form!

Asteroids move fast enough that they usually won’t appear in more than one of our images.
