Following many requests, universe devs have added a giant question mark so that the galactic alphabet can have more punctuation. The patch notes suggest the devs were also not happy with the absolute certainty that statements seemed to gain with only galactic exclamation marks available.

There is already a galaxy named Exclamination Mark, if you look up in SIMBAD
