Yes. This is the planetary nebula named “Abell” located in the constellation Cancer. The bluish clouds indicate that the central star of this nebula is lighting the surrounding clouds. Multiple observations basically in UV and X-ray, basically observed by Hubble, Chandra, and GALEX.

The nebula has been studied extensively in similarity to Abell 78, commenting the nebula was reborn, however.

It’s called Abell 30. Abell is the name of the catalog (and astronomer who originally compiled it). The blue color is indicative merely of it emitting most in [OIII], which happens to fall in the blue band.
